Ok so I have a Wired printer, it connects to my desktop with a Type A to B USB, I also have another Type A to B and a USB Hub. Now can I connect that straight to my Cable Modem (Female B connects to LAN around 12Mbps) and use it as network printer?

No, you can't. USB requires a master to talk to a device. Two devices cannot talk to each other.
What model printer do you have?
